Where are Alive After Five events held?
Alive-After-Five events are held at the Clinton City Market located at 215 Lisbon Street in downtown Clinton, NC.

Note:" In the event of inclement weather Alive-After-Five events will relocate to the Sampson County Exposition Center located at 414 Warsaw Road, Clinton, NC.
What time do the concerts begin?
Alive-After-Five events officially begin at 5:00 pm with music DJ Robert Stroud of Boogie Shoes Radio Network. Bands take stage at 6:00 pm and perform until 8:45 pm.
What happens if it rains or other inclement weather?
Alive-After-Five is held rain or shine. Should there be inclement weather the concert may move indoors to the Sampson County Exposition Center located at 414 Warsaw Road. Food Vendors and Exhibitors may relocate to the Exposition Center. (You will still need to bring your chairs or blankets) The Alive After Five Committee will make the call to relocate as early as possible. Notification will be made using the City of Clinton's emergency phone notification system. This system calls all City of Clinton citizens and water customers. Where do I park?
Attendees are encouraged to use one of the many public parking lots located around the downtown area.
(Note: The parking lot at Lean Bodz Gym is for customers only. Towing enforced.)

There are dedicated parking areas for Alive After Five Sponsors. Information about sponsor parking areas is mailed to all sponsors prior to the beginning of each season.
What should I bring?
ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!!!!
Alive After Five attendees are encouraged to bring the following for their convenience:
Legal identification (i.e. driver's license, passport, etc.)
Zip lock baggie for PDAs, cell phone, etc if it looks like it will rain.
Lounge or beach chairs.
(AA5 does not provided seating-even if relocated indoors) (Grassy shaded areas are available.)
Sun screen...the afternoon sun can leave a warm glow!
Is it safe for me and my family?
Alive After Five is an event for the entire family. Officers with the Clinton Police Department are stationed throughout the event to insure your safety; however, we caution you to always be aware of our surroundings and to not leave valuables unattended or in your vehicle.
For your protection we encourage you to lock all valuables (i. e.: pocket books, cellphones & electronics or other valuable items) in your trunk. (Alive After Five, it's Steering Committee, Sampson Arts Council, City of Clinton and the County of Sampson are not liable for acts of theft or vandalism.)
May I bring a camera?
YES...Feel free to bring a camera with you to record the fun! We love getting photos from our aspiring photographers! If you take photos and would like to share, please email to: info@aliveafterfiveclintonnc.com. We would love to post them in our online album!
Are coolers or picnics baskets allowed?
Coolers and picnic baskets are NOT allowed at any Alive After Five Event.
Alive After Five Food Vendors offer a wide variety of food and beverages. We encourage you to support the food and concession vendors!
Remember all Alive After Five events are provided FREE for attendees and we encourage you to visit and sample items from our vendors. They help to make Alive After Five possible. Wine and Beer are available and sold on-site. Proper ID is required and any beverages purchased may not be taken off-site.
Alive After Five reserves the right to not serve any guest that appears to be intoxicated. (Note: The consumption of alcoholic beverages in any public parking areas is a violation of city ordinance and any violators are subject to applicable fines.)
Will there be food?
YES! There will be lots of food offerings from local restaurants and vendors.

May I bring my dog or other pet?
NO...Your pets will be much happier left at home. Pets can become disoriented and uncomfortable in the crowds and extreme heat: therefore; Dogs or other pets are NOT allowed at Alive-After-Five events.
Service dogs are permitted with proper identification.
May I have an exhibit space, distribute leaflets or other materials during Alive After Five?
We value the support of our many sponsors! Therefore only approved Sponsors are allowed to set-up booths, display or otherwise distribute any information, pamphlets or other materials during Alive After Five events.
This policy is strictly enforced by members of the City of Clinton Police Department.
